Particular attention is paid to the interconnection between economic restructuring and institutional transformation within the party-state system. The article concludes that the 14th Congress outlines a distinct Vietnamese model of accelerated development for the 2030–2045 horizon, combining party leadership, market mechanisms, and strategic autonomy in foreign policy as key pillars of long-term national development and political stability."
