"JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. ("JA Solar" or the "Company"), one of the world's largest manufacturers of high-performance solar power products, today announced the launch of its high-performance 400MW photovoltaic (PV) solar cell manufacturing facility (the "Facility") in Penang, Malaysia.
