Applying the same care we bring to our beer, our pizza dough starts with an organic sourdough starter, a blend of artisanal flours, and our NYC-style water. After a 48-hour cold fermentation, the result is a cracker-thin crust like no other. We bake our 18-inch round pies and Grandma-style square pies in Baker’s Pride ovens, serving up classic NYC slices right here in New Orleans. No pizza is complete without wings, so we make ours authentic Buffalo-style, just like Upstate New York. We also serve classic hero sandwiches—chicken, eggplant, and meatball parmesan—as well as fresh, made-from-scratch salads and dressings. Except for our pepperoni, everything in our kitchen is crafted in-house for the freshest flavors. At NOLA Brewing & Pizza Co., a good time isn’t complete without great music.
