He was born on December 8, 1954, in Neully-sur-Seine, France to Raymond and Genovaite (Miuleraite) Eluhow. Ray was a 30-year Lt. Reserve Police Commander for the Washington DC Police Department. Ray is survived by his extended family Brian (Stacy) Sebaid, Scott Sebaid, Amy Sebaid, their children Gavin, Morgan, Brandon and Hunter Sebaid and his childhood friend Ted Booker of Luray, VA. He was proceded in death by parents and very special friend Carolyn Sebaid. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties 5940 Long Meadow Dr. Franklin, OH-45005."

Mrs. Gibson was an Angel delivers to the MPD and over the years was considered to be the unofficial MOM to the MPD with more love for the members of the MPD then most people could ever understand.
